Piling & Structural Pipes can be manufactured up to 170-feet TRLs, with an outside diameter of 10” to 160”, with a thickness of 0.2” to 1.38” and ASTM grades 1 to Grade 3 by Erciyas. It is also possible to produce pile pipes longer than 170-feet by making a double joint. Erciyas can offer various attachment alternatives for different designs according to customer needs. For example, lamp-tongue, strengthening rings and plates, pipe-anchors, lock hooks, etc.
We provide various whole and partial lining & coating possibilities for corrosion protection over the splash zone such as Fusion Bonded Epoxy(FBE) External Coating, Polyethylene External 3 Layer Coating, Polypropylene External 3 Layer Coating, Polyurethane(PU), Solvent Free Epoxy Internal Lining, Float Coat Epoxy Internal Lining.
