Operating Machinery Control

These tests on site take place during regular operation, so as to execute the following activities:

  •     Operation test of all the entire rotating machinery,
  •     Check of lubrication and control levels with possible topping and grease

Setting of a dedicated report with records of significant values, possible causes of arrest and any other observation.

Non-Operating Machinery Control

  • These tests on site usually take place when machinery is arrested.
  • This operation purpose is to check the correct operation of the auxiliaries and the plant safeties.
  • All the maintenance activities to use during machinery arrest will be indicated.

 In particular:

  •     Auxiliary and rotating machinery controls,
  •     Research on hydraulic machinery cavitation and abrasion level comments for anti-erosion materials,
  •     Condition monitoring system and fault diagnosis,
  •     Safety inspection, appraisal and evaluation of mechanical, electrical and metal structure,
  •     Research and consultation of stability for key components and technology,
  •     Power plant safety control and protection system,
  •     Fluids level control and possible topping and grease control,
  •     Automation electric and power systems control

All spare parts are supplied regardless of the original manufacturer according to each power plants special need.

SPARE RUNNERS & REFURBISHMENT WORK

Refurbishment of existing power plants reduces interruptions and operating costs and increases power production significantly, hence the total efficiency and return-on-investment.

  •     Increased output and efficiency with new turbine runners,
  •     Improved Automation Systems,
  •     Increased reliability and availability,
  •     Lower operation and maintenance costs,
  •     Extension of the lifespan of the power plant
